Genioplasty

Hi guys, I have been lurking on this forum for quite some time but this is my first post. I am going to get an genioplasty and I'm unsure of how many mms I should get vertically or horizontally. Also I'm not seeing my family for 1 month after the operation and I don't plan on telling them so I want it to look somehow natural. Do you think i can get away with this?

Lastly I want to thank y'all in advance and also point out that these photos were taken from 6-8 feet away from my back camera to account for lens distortion.
