19, with pretty pathetic bonemass. Only 5'10.5 so my best option is to get big and lean.

Don't care too much about my face as it pulls women fine, but I still feel like a fucking loser next to genuine chad looking guys.

any advice for getting huge ass forearms, hands, brow ridge, and an overall more imposing presence?

wrist curls (palms up and pals down), reverse curls, hammer curls, farmer walks (also improves grip for chad handshake), dead hang and plate pinches

Anavar can probably help with bonemass but ducks up your test
Also start pinning if you want results fast, peptides if you don't wanna risk it

yeah do them untill they are so sore you cant even jerk anymore (win/win)
