Genuine concern about how important personality really is?

How do the most outta this world girls get paired up with gnomes and trolls (no hate, all love to yall, at the end of the day). Ive seen pretty guys with pretty girls, but never seen a pretty guy with an outta he’s league girl. But ive also seen pretty girls with pretty and outta her leauge guys. Is personality really the key to happiness after all? Is it really the looks that pull and personality that keeps? Can personality pull more than being pretty or having money?
