some advice that personally helped me:
- always make your bed when you get up in the morning. its a very small accomplishment that will give your day a positive start
- if youre going through a rough time make sure to clean your room regularly, ideally daily. the mess in your room just spreads negative energy and cleaning has a therapeutic effect
- always look your best and dress well. this even applies to when youre at home and dont plan on going outside. make sure your clothes smell good and are ironed
- romanticize your boring routine. we live in a hell realm and you cant deny it. but this is one of the best copes. an example of that would be to, again, dress well for school, even if its not really needed.
- eat well. no goyslop (duh). cooking is easy and theres lots of great recipes on tiktok
- try to get up early. morning is my favorite part of the day, and i feel slow and retarded when i get up late.
- never make any important decisions at the second half of the day and dont stress about anything. (if your day goes terribly wrong it doesnt mean its over. you can simply restart tomorrow)
- dont let anyone affect your mood or self esteem. this is especially important for those who live in toxic environments. if youre family is rude and disrespectful just remember theyre npcs and energetic vampires that try to put you down because it makes them feel better about themselves.
- hobbies (probably the single best cope oat) it could be anything, from movies to learning about subcultures or collecting rare items. (as long as its not funko pops) gaming is ok but its unattractive and just wastes your time. i highly reccomend crafts or making something physical with your hands, where you can instantly see the results of your work. its very rewarding and hobbies will help keep you away from degeneracy
- dont ever engage in degenerate behaviour to cope with your problems. sometimes life is brutal but drinking or doing drugs wont help. youre supposed to experience all the suffering raw. no copes. this will make you a more strong and capable person
