I doubt the liberal elites that control society are cognizant or accepting of genetic determinism to be honest. I think most of them genuinely believe that humans are relatively equal in terms of cognitive ability at birth. IQ frauding is so underrated, bro. I'm actually pretty fucking stupid, I’ve struggled with math my whole life. I only know like four multiplication tables, and I can’t do long division without a calculator. But somehow, people consistently think I’m smart or come to me for technical stuff. That’s for two main reasons: I read a lot and watch tons of educational content (even if half of it is useless), so I usually have something that sounds informed to say about most topics. I trained myself to be eloquent, I speak four languages (which isn’t as impressive as people think), and I’m relatively articulate. Plus, I do programming, even though I’m honestly terrible at it and rely heavily on ChatGPT and open-source code.

Technically speaking, I’m a dumbass and I wouldn't score higher than the average negro at an IQ test. But people still think I’m smart. I've even had girls tell me they liked me because I seemed "intelligent." At the end of the day, it doesn’t really matter what you are, just that people believe it.

If you want to appear as intelligent as possible then you need skills that seem intelligent, are used constantly and aren't as hard to learn as people think. This depends a lot on your country, culture or environments you find yourself in, of course, if you spend a lot of time going to a Chess Club then being to name that one opening used by Grandmaster Tony Ballsacks in the game of 1938, is more important than knowing how to do quick mental math.

However, there's an overarching skill that's always used regardless of the field you're in, and on top of that is very useful if you learn it, not only to appear smart. That's communication, which has many fields, but the ones I'd recommend you focus on are: Handling your rate of speech, rhetoric skills, articulation and vocabulary. Even if you're speaking total bullshit, if you use advanced vocabulary (but don't appear pretentious) and you can properly convey ideas then people will see you as instantly intelligent. The opposite is true, if you don't speak properly and can't explain your ideas then people will think you're stupid. That's also why extroverted people are usually seen as more intelligent than introverts.

But how do you develop those? Metronome speaking technique + overenunciation drills (5-15 minutes daily), Harvard's free Rhetoric Course on Edx and reading. Bonus points if what you read is really pretentious bullshit like Camus, Dostoevsky, etc. You don't even need to deeply engage with the reading or do it for long, reading a few paragraphs or pages a day and taking note of the words these authors use and the way they phrase certain things, then trying to apply what you remember in your day-to-day.
