It’s been 5 months since my rhinoplasty but unfortunately the best they could do was straight my nose and even out my nostrils somewhat, anything else would fuck up my breathing due to a traumatic childhood nose injury. Tip is still swollen but every other part of my nose is how it’s always going to be. You think it’s an improvement or nah

Just overall, still slightly too big. It's about proportions and ratios. You make the nose and lower lip a bit smaller, and other flaws like the weaker facial structure will probably be less perceived as a flaw. Jaw and chin seem smaller due to bigger nose. But yeah, if you get functional problems you better not touch it anymore.

Overall your impression is that of a nice guy. I would say average/slightly above average.

My mandible has some functional problems but nothing major enough for insurance to cover so at some point I will probably get a double jaw surgery, would that ascend me at all or no? Also thanks for the rating, I think although I’m not super handsome I have a very high trust look and people seem to like me.

Also how would I even go about fixing my lower lip? I’ve never heard of anyone getting a lip reduction that seems kind of overkill, I think a stronger mandible plus beard would be better to balance my lips out but I don’t know ultimately.

My take - to morph your face good looking in photoshop would require numerous very precise tweaks, which would be unrealistic to achieve through surgery

Yeah I think I’m fine with that, 5’9 jacked mtn isn’t a bad place to be imo. That’s my ultimate goal. From there I’ll just nichemax and hope for the best. Every person I’ve seen in a successful relationship irl has been a near average to tall mtn lol.

Yeah I can live with that, I think I look normal/kinda cute which isn’t something worth stressing about, I don’t need to ascend beyond just gym and skincare to live a happy life

I think I am just outright kinda good looking/above average in the context of the women that I’m actually attracted to/likely to end up with, most Pakistani, MENA, and med men have large noses and I’m not attracted to women outside those groups. So I think I’ll be fine lol. Thanks for putting in the time to rate and advise me though!

6/10 means women feel slight attraction when looking at your face. At least it should be that way. I'm white, so I don't know the severity of the race pill first-hand. 7/10 is strong attraction, where women like laugh at jokes you're not making and play with their hair and make sexual advances. 8/10 is the halo effect of where you can earn more than most people for turning your head at a camera.

Most guys are 4–5. Being a 6 is good.
