I do have been for a year now but seen very little progress only thing i have been not so good with is sleep because my brain wont fucking chill out
take sum magnesium glyc and melatonin:p

how many cals do i aim for i did a bulk a while back i did abt 3300cals a day 300 carbs 150 protein and 110 fats or so all that happend was i got a little bit fatter and stronger
cut fats down to 70g
 
How many mg melatonin and magnesium
like 2mg melatonin, idk tbh varies from person to person
~200mg elemental mg is what u want, no oxidized magnesium, only chelate,glycinate
