Like what, you have any recommendations?just eat more caloric dense foods? it's not very hard
If you have a blender make shakes with peanut butter and oats. Also if you really want calories put in some olive oil but it’s basically 100% fat. I was barely 80 pounds at the start of my freshmen year and got made fun of almost every day for being skinny. I can honestly say that “just eat” is the only thing that worked for me. I started eating just plain spoons of peanut butter every morning and shakes at night like I mentioned before. I would eat 3 meals every day as quick as possible until I felt like throwing up. Then I would wait 20 minutes and eat more. Constant snacking between meals helped too. If you truly have strict parents try to get any job you can and use the money on food. Cheap easy things you can buy are rice and bread which also helped me gain weight. I’m up to 160 now and it has changed my life so much not being skinny anymore. Sorry for long message and good luck to you.Like what, you have any recommendations?
im in the same boat but ive been gaining some decent weight recently, i drink these things called boost high protein shakes, 20g protein 250 cals, and so much micro nutrients each bottle has like 40% zinc 30% calcium and like 15 other micro nutrients but the sugar is high.Genuinely hate my body, no matter how much i eat i am always skinny, i genuinely need a way to gain weight clean easily, I'm tired of being told to eat more (i have strict parents)
