Well, guess what fuckers; I'm still hallucinating even though I'm on these dam pills. I stopped for awhile and i felt a lil less bloated, and i could move a bit more. well, i just started uni with a full load. That already zapped all my energy, then all this medication zapped me of every ounce of my other energy. I think my parents are sabotaging me.

You put your middle or index finger down your throat and just kinds swirm it around. You have to be kinda savage with it though, some people it's easier for. It may not be the healthiest though. Make sure to drink water and brush your teeth or use mouth wash after.
