I would even say that due to the wealthiness of Japan, Korea and Taiwan, the women that really want a white guy don't really care about the money aspect.

JBW works best in Southeast Asia (SEA) because those countries are quite poor; hence, women there might want to use a white guy to get richer and/or immigrate to a richer country. The exception in SEA is Singapore, which happens to be a rich country (and most Singaporeans are Chinese anyway).

Similar to how some poor Eastern European or Russian women might want to marry a guy from a richer country.

On Tinder, I constantly see Thais and Filipinas who are in Thailand or the Philippines but who use tinder passport to check guys from Western countries. Pretty obvious that they want to use tinder to immigrate. This pretty much never happens with East Asians. If I come across Japanese girls, for example, on Tinder, they really are in the same area as me.
