0) Make sure you are hydrated before attempting this. Drink at least 1 Glass of water.
1) Find a moviescene that makes you somewhat emotional. I like to see some Super Sayan Tranformation but whatever works for you
2) Know when the scream comes.
3) Pick a pillow.
4) Start breathing heavily and deep with your mouth andfor like 5-10 seconds and imagine being extremly mad while stretching your torso+neck 45°+ backwards
5) When the scene comes, reposition your torso and neck to straight or slightly forward while flexing your abs extremly hard. SCREAM. DO NO T HOLD BACK! Emphasis should be on being as loud as possible! Dont try to be deep
6) 4) and 5) is considered one set. Do this for 3-5 sets.
If you have never done this you will realize your scream is really really weak and short. Sometimes when I do this I start coughing heavily into my pillow. This is normal. Over time your scream will be longer and will not be interrupted by coughs.
Once you do this you will have a deeper and more resonating voice in 2 hours for at least ~48 hours.
How often to do this:
Repeat once every 2 days to refresh the effect. Be consistent!
Obvious but:
Make sure you are alone lol
Theory on why this works:
From the day we are kids we are told to shut up and not raise our voices. This creates neurological connections in your brain to always hold back when talking. This also overtime will numb your ability to express raw emotion including rage. Screaming as proposed in this guide will overtime overwrite these neurological connections in your brain.
