if you have any asymmetrys or some kind of malocclusion, you should first fix that with an bimax (osteomaty only). Now that you have a solid base and you can see the change, then you should improve the result with implants where they are needed.
It‘s important to fix skelatal issues before doing implants.
You shouldnt do everything at once. Results become unpredictable and complications increase.
Only downside to doing it the safe way, is that you need longer to recover. But you can recover from implants much faster than with an bimax, so overall doing it one by one mogs.
