quick thread but i keep seeing people all over the internet starving themselves DURING PUBERTY.

As a child, there is nothing more retarded than to stop eating to look leaner than you are.
EAT, EAT, EAT


This is why children stay underdeveloped, they miss a heavy amount of micronutrients, even compared to what you would consider a "average diet".
As a kid, you should be on a calorie surplus at all times (preferably 3000 calories per day), and don't listen to all the "lean is law" bs, you still have baby teeth on and baby fat all over your face.
Also, EAT EVERYTHING, doesn't matter if it's not your "raw liver", regular "healthy" food won't descend you and you need to become aware of that.

In no way would you get fat ever, and bloating isn't a death sentence either, and if you somehow happen to do, there are so many ways to lose weight and it really isn't a struggle, no one will care if you're skinny when you look like you skipped puberty to look underdeveloped. I'm not telling you to get fat then lose weight but just don't starve yourself nor let yourself down, keep using those resources for your own health.


In conclusion, if you're in the average age cut of the forum, stop reading all this "weight loss" and "hollow cheeks" threads and just start eating like a fatass if you don't want to ruin your genetic potential.

It is literally impossible to gain weight during puberty on a natural diet
just eat a lot and don't be sedentary
