quick thread but i keep seeing people all over the internet starving themselves DURING PUBERTY.

As a child, there is nothing more retarded than to stop eating to look leaner than you are.

This is why children stay underdeveloped, they miss a heavy amount of micronutrients, even compared to what you would consider a "average diet".
As a kid, you should be on a calorie surplus at all times (preferably 3000 calories per day), and don't listen to all the "lean is law" bs, you still have baby teeth on and baby fat all over your face.
Also, EAT EVERYTHING, doesn't matter if it's not your "raw liver", regular "healthy" food won't descend you and you need to become aware of that.

It is literally impossible to gain weight during puberty on a natural diet
just eat a lot and don't be sedentary

True. Ten months ago, I was starving myself to look better, but I was still ugly. Now I eat as much as I want and look better. I'm not even bloated, Also I would rather be bloated than miss out on bones

I was fat before puberty and lost 40lbs at 13 >-<
