Yoga, skiing, art, book club, meditation, team sport, triathlons,, bartending course, etc
You will be able to meet plenty of women there and at the same time you will better your social skills too
It will take you from basement dwelling Internet troll to someone who is doing pretty interesting things with his life instead of being a boring low energy dude
3.Ways to get to know girls
Make sure you’ve worked on improving your SMV“ and be able to read signals
Take note of how women respond to you even in small ways, you know your smv is improving when a women is holding your gaze , if they hold a gaze for longer than 2 seconds approach
In your Social Circle just say hi and make a normal conversation without the neediness to get laid your goal isn’t to fuck her right away just use it first to get used to talking to foids without being autistcel

You could use it on foids you don’t want to fuck just talk small talk
You can implement it in your hobbies too.
If you do cold approach sure you would get turned down a lot doesn’t matter if you are chadtier but if you wanna try it go for it

when you get her number texting is useless
No “good morning” texts. No “happy new year” texts. No big long conversations. No essay-long texts. None of that. Just use text as a way to set up dates and to visit her at home or call her to your Place Nothing else.
