I recently got a lip lift (specifically a corner lip lift). I attached the before and after photos for reference. A lot of surgeons actually advised me against doing the corner lift to preserve my white lip length, but I’m happy with how it turned out. I think it fits my face really well. I did this so I can have new proportions before my custom jaw and chin implant.

Everything looks good now except for my lower third. My eye area is far above average

My main issue is that my jaw and chin are asymmetrical. What I’m looking for next is a custom jaw and chin implant that can bring more balance and add stronger definition to my lower third.

And yes, before you say anything ik my facial hair is subhuman looking. I shave before I go out I just didnt shave in these pics for some reason.

My eye area is already far above average, so once I fix the lower third, my facial balance should be exactly where I want it.

My goals are:
- Get extroverted gonions rn they are inverted
- Get better chin projection
- Match chin width with lip width and make it more square off and masculine
- Get leaner (doing this rn I'm just coming off of a hard winter bulk

Any advice or suggestions on ideal ratios or design tweaks would be really appreciated!

Right now, my options are:

  • Dr. George in Brazil – He's very reliable, has a lot of excellent results, and is much cheaper. He operates fully intraorally (through the mouth), but it seems like he doesn’t offer custom implants, which is my only issue atm.
  • Find another surgeon – This would likely cost about $20,000 more which isn't a huge issue but it is annoying af. I could get custom implants to better fix the asymmetries, but it’s also a less proven and less consistent option, especially if the surgery isn't fully intraoral. I would probably go to Dr. Epply (he did my lip surgery)

Would love to hear any input or suggestions, especially from people who went the custom route or had a similar issue with asymmetry.

i already have slight visible abs, and when I pull back my skin my underlying bone structure is just not good enough.

Also even if I did look good lean I have the money and time to pay for surgeries so might aswell get them

most people just dont understand how much it will change the face.

I always thought my biggest flaw was my chin, which it probably is but even if I got a custom jaw and chin implant with my old lips it wouldn't look nearly as good because of how clapped my lips were

I can get much leaner of course but im already lean enough to the point where other ppl with better bone structures would look lean in the face

what are u gonna do? corner lip lift? my alternative was a normal bull horn with a lateral focus. i was literally scheduled to do one because I paid 2k in consultation and every doctor told me not to because I'm too young, but I'm so happy I got this kind instead

your lips look completely fine in this, unless its because your from a low angle your ratios are already decent. they could get slightly better but I doubt u would even ascend if u got the kind of lip lift I got because there's a scar and the changes made would be minimal

Also shave the part of your eyebrows that droop down bahi, or use a eyebrow glue and brush them up. (thank me later 😉

I think the problem is more your jaw than chin, but for what you are trying to achieve, implants would work.

I'd advise to be as conservative as possible. Don't go for implants that are too big.

if u saw my eye area youd say there's hope
does it resemble elias de poots. are they colored ? are your eyebrows thick and dense. if your answer to most of this is no, forget about it. most people dont have super strong eye area. Based on your side profile, I can see you dont' have prominent zygos and a strong brow ridge. So I don't think i'm wrong about your eye area either. But you can always try

i have a10 eyes in the sunlight, gray eyes when its dark, low set eyebrows, positively tilted, dark cuz I dyed them but dark brown base, thick but I use an eyebrow pencil for extra density sometimes, positively tilted, strong medial canthus, hooded but slightly so there's a slight eyelid towards the end (hope that makes sense)

I have a top 5% eye area. my biggest flow is my under eye has bags because of the lack of under eye support but I'm gonna get a under eye implant when I get the jaw and chin done.

My brow ridge is average but its enough to make my eyes hooded even at slightly low angles but I agree once I get the jaw done my nose and zygos will be my biggest flaws.

yeah now that my lips are good that's what I'm getting, a jaw and chin implant. I think ima have to make a 2nd post cuz everyone is just commenting on my lips or saying not to get surgery when I really just wanted surgery advice

Since you're confident about your eye area, just get your jaw done. Bimax and zygos implants perhaps. And your chin has to be broad. A broad chin (and pointy) makes a bigger difference than an oversized mandible.

for sure, I got my lips done so I could make the implant more broad without looking weird. thanks bahi
