so im going to my orthodontist in a few days to tighten my braces but I really want a palate expander but she might say no so what can I say to maybe change her mind a bit

Just say you have breathing problems and sleep apnea. Narrow maxilla and palate can be linked to narrow airways.

bro if you wanna get palate expander just don't get it. get it with multi-piece lefort 1 because all type of palate expander devices tend to make your nose wider and upturned. don't risk being the uncanny freak for 1 years if you need to go with the bimax after.
