So i've been out of the gym for more then 1 1/2 year. I wont be able to go to a local gym for probably half a year. In the mean time i want to start training at home.
Right now i have dumbells and a pull up bar available. What are the best exercises i can do with what i've got (trynna be optimal and not do any unnecessary shit) Also what is the best split (im not doing legs lol).
Im also wondering how necessary it is to bulk and i would prefer to not do that at all since that is what decended me hard last time.
