Getting back into training (gymcels and science based lifters GTFIH)

So i've been out of the gym for more then 1 1/2 year. I wont be able to go to a local gym for probably half a year. In the mean time i want to start training at home.

Right now i have dumbells and a pull up bar available. What are the best exercises i can do with what i've got (trynna be optimal and not do any unnecessary shit) Also what is the best split (im not doing legs lol).

Im also wondering how necessary it is to bulk and i would prefer to not do that at all since that is what decended me hard last time.

i have a pretty good understanding of the topic n I would go into detail but I js logged in n dont have enough rep to pm. is there a way for u to enable or do I just explain it shortly here

if your not gonna do legs, which you probably should so you dont look weird when ur upper body grows just do upper every other day. for exercises just do 1 set of two exercises per each muscle so chest for example 1xpec fly 1x incline db press. You dont have many good options with just db's and a pullup bar tbh

dont dirty bulk and stick to lean bulking so u dont get fat and lose ur gains when u cut
