Potassium, magnesium, manganese, boron, vitamin D. Those are the hardest for me to get.

Getting vitamin D purely from diet is borderline impossible tbh. Youre gonna need supps or sunlight

Magnesium is also tough so i supplement it tbh

Coconut water with meals, bananas between meals, season with LoSalt, and I guess potassium chloride if coconut water is getting boring

Yeah I've been taking 10k-80k IU of D3 lately. Sunlight is another option. If you have variety in your diet, you could get the potassium, manganese and magnesium. You can get all the essential nutrients. But it requires a lot of eating to get it all.

you can just buy fake salt, its made with potassium, just sprinkle that shit on your meat
