I want to do exercises to make my cheekbones higher but I do not want to rotate or move my maxilla upwards, I cannot have my midface getting to Barrett-tier. What does zygo pulling do to the maxilla @sloopnoob

now such exercise makes cheekbones higher set, you could increase projection at best.

Zygo "pulling", which is pushing on your zygos upward from inside the mouth, with lots of force for lots of time would theoretically do nothing? I do not agree.

It won’t lol stop coping, your bone is too hard And your zygos are connected to the maxilla, you can’t make them higher

A Presurgical CT scan b postsurgical CT scan control

A Presurgical frontal view b postsurgical frontal view

A Presurgical right lateral view b postsurgical right lateral view

Although you can't raise the zygomatic Arch as far as I'm aware.

Supposedly incisor chewing works.

That rotates the maxilla upward though. I can’t have a shorter midface.
