Exercise and burn 400 calories a day
Eat only protein and some fat (fruit and small piece of chicken)
you will reach your desired leanness in 2 months

If you are fat like 240+ pounds then 4 months but that is still a short time

are you fucking retarded, most fat people eat 2500+ calories a day. it’s impossible for them to cut down to 500, 1300-1500 will do better.

It’s stupid easy for me i hardly get hungry at 1800 kcals on top of that I workout and cardio everyday
I also do not stay in deficit the whole week
Yet still lose weight

I try not to lose too much weight fast
 
Good thread op people cope with muh 500 calorie deficits and wonder why weight loss takes them half a year.

If you start at 500 calories your metabolism shuts down too early and you will never reach you desired weight

Also you will lose too much muscle bc you cant get enough protein on those calories
