But u can Easily lose up to 3 pounds a week too lol when i first found out about bp i got pretty depressed nd barely ate anything except meat nd i lost alot of weight and like half of it was waterweight the first week so u could easily lose 2-3 pounds of fat a 1k defecit is already two pounds almost
