Yo,
I've been using PSMF as an approach to leanmax. So far, out of the last 50 days, I've been on PSMF for 35 days. I'm taking a break right now due to a lower back strain. I'll continue once I can hit the gym again. I should be around ~15% body fat right now. Should I continue with PSMF or switch to a 1500 cal diet? Or should I abuse Clen + T3? My goal is 8-10% body fat asap
