Mostly cleared with my Ortho; we’re still looking for a Maxillofacial surgeon that can expand my lower jaw 14mms. He also told me to wait exactly a week before getting MSDO because the suture may or may not split; but in the mean time is there any Vitamins, Supplements, topical items to take during the bone consolidation period (<90 days) drop some stuff to spam while doing this in order to maximize bone remodeling and growth.

is it for functional or aesthetic purposes

Mostly aesthetic but functional also; I mouth breathe during sleep and I can’t stop myself from doing so. Doc said I’m at risk of Sleep Apnea

Nice ortho tbh if he suggested you these

is it offered as a cosmetic surgery?

Nah I told him to cap about it because if it was purely cosmetic the expansion would be less than 8mms so he signed me as an at risk group for sleep apnea. Ideally I’m pushing for 10-12mms for the lower and upper

alright, here's what I propose you do. I'm not going to spoon-feed you sources and hold your hand, okay?

take vitamin MK4, particularly in high dosages, like 100mg-200mg daily, I suggest making your own transdermal application with Dimethyl sulfoxide and isopropyl alcohol, apply it to your face and neck at 3 times daily, also take it orally in capsules alongside the transdermal applicant. MK4 increases osteoblastic activity via downregulating cytokine-induced Nf-kB activation, Nf-Kb pathway signalling is essential to upregulating osteoclastic activity, so by inhibiting the activation of the pathway, it produces an anti-catabolic pro-anabolic effect within the bone tissue. Inject 8iu's of GH daily, as you know IGF-1 is a potent growth factor that induces cell proliferation, hyperplasia, hypertrophy and the differentiation of chondrocyte cells, then it leads to ossification of bone tissue through the upregulation of osteoblastic and osteoclastic activity. GH would work great for your situation.

that's all I recommend tbh, you could use testosterone or dihydrotestosterone, both positively affect BMD and bone formation.

You’re an asshole with a good heart; we need more men like you in this world 😍 but thanks for the info. I’ll definitely write this down and take this every day during and post expansion (if post will have any effect)

did you get it covered by insurance?

did you get it covered by insurance?
No; I don’t have an actual case of sleep apnea. I paid 70% of it and financing the rest

Why on earth would you topically take isopropyl alcohol? Makes zero sense and especially orally

fuck you think I could get it covered because of my small nasal airways? also how much did it cost you?

I honestly DK but you can ask and say that it has been causing you great problems and they could atleast give you a discount. In my case; they didn’t give me a discount or covered it. Simply just allowing me to expand aggressively because most MSE practitioners are comfortable with 4-8mms of expansion. Not 10-12. I am paying 9K total for the entire course. MSE + FM + Invisalign

thanks bro Im gonna use every excuse I can to hopefully maybe get it covered like waking up still tired, focus issues, constant mouth breathing due to easily getting congested, brain fog, troubled bite possibly causing future TMJ all that shit lmao also my upper palate is narrower by like almost a CM so I woulnt need msdo if it were to just align them right?

I don't think he meant ingesting isopropyl alcohol.

I think he was referring to the dimethyl sulfoxide which helps speed up healing of muscle and skeletal injury..... @Dyorotic2 can confirm?

I think thats what he meant

DMSO and the isopropyl alcohol was for the mk4 transdermal applicant.

Good luck man, keep me up to date with all your progress! I will be starting sometime soon after getting a solid movement plan for my jaw surgery post MSE.

In relation to what @Dyorotic2 said, you use the alcohol (very drying to the skin so you may want to use an emulsifier formula) as a penetrative agent for k2. Probably is complete broscience, but if you're looking for the bone growth effects of the vitamin, it might yield better results to apply close to area of interest. 8 IU's of HGH is a bit on the high end especially if you're only looking to facilitate bone remodeling and you should make yourself well aware of the side effects of usage. It would probably be better for you to inject on a variable schedule but that's a bit beyond my capabilities to make even a remotely useful comment on. Increasing IGF1 levels is probably the most beneficial thing you can do in order to speed up results.

In terms of vitamins, the huge megadose of k2 and drastic bone growth that you're hoping to achieve would probably benefit from some supplementation. Vitamin D3 is generally advisable to take with mk4 as they work in a synergistic manner. Some other things you should consider are small amounts of calcium, boron, taurine, zinc, etc which play a key role in bone formation. If you are suffering from or may potentially suffer from MPB, stay completely away from either T or DHT (especially at a young age). If you'd like sources to all the "theories", pm me and I'll try to find the papers.

@varbrah any little things we should know?

What are the effects? Also will this widen the lower jaw? MSDO mostly widens the chin and back molars but not as much. I was hoping to Spam GH, HGH, DMSO, IGF-1 (naturally), GymMax also, Fast, and all the vitamins along with a food surplus to make sure my lower third is widened.

I tried the K2 MK4 meme and did all that and it didn't do shit. Broscience meme up this ma'

You’re past the puberty stage that’s why; taking vitamins won’t do shit after that. Im getting MSE and MSDO at the same time so my upper and lower will be cut leaving room for new bone to consolidate and possibly more with K2 MK4 D3 and GH

Huh...Wouldn't it be smarter to get your orthodontic procedures past puberty?

how much? how did u find out u mouth breathe during sleep btw

Bro tap you mouth, I do that, I look autistic but only my parents know I do that so worth it

10000iu D3 and K2 100mg

Daily is the best I could think off

I don't think it is meant to widen the lower jaw at all (just the chin). If you do inject HGH, your lower third may widen just from bone growth.

you're an old man, it's not going to do anything for old people whose faces have reached their potential.

Wow that’s some suiFuel. I don’t even want MSDO tbh but it’s going to be necessary if I expand past 8mms. Do I need double Jaw for a more masculine lower third? My lower third is extremely narrow

It would depends on if you're jaws are recessed which would probably require double jaw. If not, jaw implants would make it wider.

Congrats dude is this in the US?
