If you have it perscribed do what your derm says. Otherwise, just take like 20mgs if you don't have bad acne, if it is bad, take like 60

yeah i dont just a few pimples here and there but still affects my looks quite abit

In that case no need to use a high dose 10 or 20 should work

i meant bidaily as in every other day, i think im gonna do that for 4 months and see where im at
