Getting skeletal Expansion+ hgh pep

Im getting skeletal Expansion because i cant fucking breathe. My maxilla IS. Recessed and my face to Long/narrow. Thomthe Expansion will obviiously partially fix that, im curious If combining IT with hgh or an hgh pep could enchance or worsen the results
