Getting taller at 19

I’m probably delusional but should I take any substances like GHRP or HGH to grow taller. I’m 19 almost 20(this summer). I’m 178 so I wanna kms I’m not even 6ft. Brutal. I can’t get my growth plates checken because the netherlands fucking sucks, I literally asked my doctor to make xrays for that and she basically told me I’m an autist and no one ever asks that.

In my development I fapped every day from age 7, many times multiple times a day

I had a shitty low protein high carb high fat diet; I rotted inside all day, got no vitamin d, no exercise, staring at screens all day long

I probably could’ve ended up 188-189cm assuming I’m 184cm at full height with perfect posture currently.

I think you overestimate how much lifestyle influences your overall growth.

If we’re being realistic looking at your father and mothers height you probably reached your full potential or very close to it. Another 5 centimeters is cope

I was 178 3-4 weeks ago, I grew 2.5 cm one night, i was having horrible leg cramps and shit, If it helps i have been playing sports, taking sun, sleeping 9+ hours I'm 19 too

I have all those symptons, my last growth spurt was at 17, i was 160 then i grew to 178, and those 2.5 cm at 19 made me 180.5 cm

dude you’ll be fine man i’m only 180 cm and trust me I pull more girls then what the taller guys do and yes ik it sucks to walk around and have people tower over you but you’ll soon understand that your height will not fix ur face, growing after 18 is not likely to happen and u should just pretty much cope or fraud ur height if anything to be realistic.

Thats actually brutal my doctor instantly sent me to an xray to check it, maybe try different docs but i dont think their still opened anyway
