Acromegaly is caused by elevated HGH in blood, not temporary spikes which last an hour maximum

I'm not sure about muscle growth, as far as I remember, that was just part of the fat recomposition, it burns fat and increases muscle, basically fat -> muscle while no significant weight change

muscle tissue, bone and cartilages were tightened a lot

edit: i dont see much difference in facial bone bone measurements yet, but it helps much with the other benefits described in gh literature

Ive alr seen a jawhacks interview with Alfi and they quoted about this issue of PED effects on expansion without a concrete conclusion
