time 19:30 bed sleep to 8:00 -> getting awakened in a light sleep phase by my sleep tracker


Ig I try it out and see if there were any changes in my sleep especially if I got more deep sleep (have sleep tracker)

Isn't there any noise outside how can you sleep with open windows? (I have fckn super noisy neighbors and they won't let me sleep even with ear plugs and white noise)

Also isn't 12.5 hours in bed too much and how do you not wake up by yourself in that time span especially when you go to sleep that early?

Btw do you get any deep sleep after like first 4-5 sleep cycles or like after the first 6-8 hours of your sleep? Does your sleep tracker show that? Can you post your sleep analysis from the app?
I sleep for like 10 hours but I want to know if I should be sleeping less if I can get the same amount of deep sleep with less time in total sleep?

Also did you track your deep sleep duration after using meclizine? I think it could theocratically increase your deep sleep duration and decrease wake ups at night bcz it has anticholinergic effects which means it reduces acetylcholine's activity and decreased REM sleep will probably cause more light sleep and possibly deep sleep
