Ghosting my Job

Yesterday I got my last pay. I’m thinking about quitting because I’ve spent a sizeable amount of money on a vacation and notified them about my week off months ago and yet only recently I was informed I’m not allowed the week off. If I just leave on those days they’ll fire me anyway. The vacation is in 7 days And I don’t want to give weeks notice as I’ll have to work all those hours and deal with those retards. Should I ghost and if they call me tell them I quit?

It’s my first job, retail. I’m constantly standing, they have me pack full pallets and re arrange entire isles and clear loose stock. They’re on my ass constantly asking me to come in more than others. By tomorrow I’ll have worked 5 days in a row and I won’t have another break for 3 days after. So 8 days in a row.

idk where you live but where i live the max amount of hours you can work a week is 40 hours, after that you get taxed like crazy

is it a retail warehouse you work at?

just tell them you want a day off, unless your manager is a cunt, you should be able to get a day off after at least a week of nonstop work everyday

I’m on a contract. We have a warehouse But I don’t spend much time there I’m mostly on the floor. Sometimes I work the bailer if the guy who usually does it has a day off.

My contract has me doing low hours but despite that I on average do 40 hours a week. Sometimes they have me do 9 hour days and they might have me work on a day off. The place is very badly run. Everyone knows the roster is a mess.

overworking is a nightmare imo, especially if you’re blackpilled, knowing there’s rich jews using cash as confetti

you should have at least 8 hours of the day for yourself to spend time on yourself, which may include having dinner/lunch, spending time with friends, socialising and enjoying your hobbies

in australia, the daily guideline for everyone is 8 hours of work, 8 hours of sleep and 8 hours of recreation… which is cool imo

at least i get to rot without any shame for 8 hours daily in this country

Write them a letter and stamp it COPY. In the letter, tell them you identify as a black transgender gay. Tell them you're a big supporter of the DEI initiative.
