i like you seeked giant implants for custom made facial implants. i gave a brief on what i wanted and it was up to his expertise to bring it to life. i also had previos implants that looked good and i asked him to measure the good side accordingly and match it up to the other side. he assured me that the new implants would be a much better shape and contour and in fact the size will be exactly the same so i dont lose the projection and shape i had on the good side. mind you this process was very difficult with the constant delays in replies and having to send messeges over and over again just to get something done ( this should have been sign not to pursue). after many months i had my surgery and apart from many surgical errors in the OR ( thats for a different thread), my implants were disasterous. the dimensions, shapes, sizes of the implants were just terrible. the cheeks for eg were so large and made so poorly i actually was waiting for someone to come up to me and say i have been. "punked". this is not the swelling i am talking about. this is the raw implants. think madonna/lil kim. my jaw was made worse and made smaller than what i had. ( my old jaw done by someone else was 1000 times better than what i was given). so much for "your new jaw will be a much better contour and better shape than what you have trust me". my face transformed from a nice looking face into a bloated mess. after many months i had confronted giant to discuss how bad these implants were and showed examples of what i used to have and what i have now. he had agreed that the implants were not done well and he will do them again free of charge and that issues regarding the implants "falls on him". he said dont worry i will be prioritised and will be ahead of everyone else.

" im so busy , im stressed, ive had something come up, im sick". please we all are. then he proceeded to offer to pay for my flights back. he never did. because for 15 months i have been lied so and he still hasnt got my case done. he forgets what he has said and starts a new narrative every couple of months. safe to say i have endured more than enough. i am being punished for speaking up about my implants and how bad they are because god forbid i question " the greatest most experianced implant desigber of all time".

my money has been taken, i was promised a revision, it never happened and ive been lied to at every chance. this is not the workings of a ethical medical provider. infact i dont even know what his qualifcations are. if things are done legally? who knows. ill leave that to others to investigate.

there is much more i will write in depth on a new thread. there were surgical issues aswell but this reply is focused on the implants only. but i will say to add to the disaster my left cheek implant was misplaced and the xray i have shows it and it was confirmed my giant. and my chin also. so even after all that they couldnt even place them correctly.

update. giant cancelled my case last night because i have a lawyer and because of my "horror story" online. regardless of me pursuing my legal rights he should be acting in good faith and finishing off my designs and fixing up his mess. but he has not and ive known this for quite some time and continueslly gave him the benefit of the doubt. i am now 10s of thousands dollars out of pocket from surgical errors from dr, misplaced implants, poorly designed implants which which he admitted were not done well, offered a complete revision of all implants with a priority service. none of this happened. i was only told what i wanted to hear. safe to say i am done. i am appaled and disgusted by this provider and con. no ethical provider would do this and quite frankly im starting to think this is just a money making scam to fund his lifestyle and botched patients are ignored and left high and dry. i am dealing with a entitled brat who had everything cleaned up for him in life and when things get tough he runs away and doesnt face problems. let this be a warning for anyone forking out thousands of dollars and being taken for a ride. one complications you are dead to him.

Havnt done a single thing regarding MY case, continually changed the narrative to make you look better when it’s not working, further gaslighted any chance you got and literally scheduled a implant and surgery date in front of your Eyes and stood me up. This will come across as harsh but after reading your background history, it seems like there were plenty of warning signs not to go ahead these procedures in the first place.

Whether it was the total lack of responsiveness from Giant or going to a country with lapsed medical standards.

You have to take some personal responsibility for trusting a TikTok implant designer with no medical license.

waiting for your thread to go BOTB i think its really over for giant even though he might be the only one doing but he is doing all this for experimental blackpill purposes rather being really delicate and conservative about it and really taking the “safety” guidelines of the patients seriously. thankyou. he knows exactly what needs to be done and how its done. hes even teased me by sending me the renders but would only tactfully send me one picture and angle of it in order to make me want more and beg for it. i think ive asked him about 50 times for other angles and dimensions of the renders but he would either deflect, leave me on read and not reply for about a month. he knows what he is doing and i know what he is doing. i have never dealt with a "provider" who plays these kind of games with his/her patients. im dealing with a child not a dr. and now im showing the world what he is like behind the scenes from a patient.

Just to be clear, I'm sympathetic too but he did make a series of bad decisions to find himself in this predicament.
Hope pat gets the revision and treatment he needs. I don't wish the guy badly at all.

agree with everything except you can sue. the irony is that the turkish gov takes aesthetic surgery/moral cases very seriously. its a booming economy for the country so they dont take these cases lightly especially when foreigners are involved.

i am a patient and have had terrible results and the revision i was promised to fix up the issues never happened. it got to a point where i was stood up in turkey and wasted money on flights and time off work because the revision never happened. even after everything was confirmed and told it will be ok. he never got any work done but made me believe it was done and i could buy tickets. he loved every minute of it. i will say more soon. i am here to advocate for future patients and people who dont have a voice or have been silenced.

Results I've seen where the patient looks bad is due to the face being covered in implants. Haven't seen any results of him yet where a high level osteotomy was performed. Time will tell if Giant is a fraud or not when clav get's his lefort 2
