Giant Implants - Scammed and Ignored

Giant Implants (@RealSurgerymax) scammed me out of $2,750. I consulted with, and paid, him in August 2024 (yes, that's over 19 months ago) for OBO & implant designs. I received no designs, no osteotomy plans, no nothing at all for over a year. In October 2025 I requested a refund which Giant agreed to. Ever since then he has ignored every single message of mine on both Instagram and WhatsApp, I have sent countless messages asking for updates on my refund, all of which he has ignored to read. It is obvious he is ignoring me in an attempt to not pay me back my money.

Screenshot of the intake (basically making it "official" that I'm a patient of his) document he sent me the day following our call, which shows I paid the requested amount,

Proof of payment (other $200 was wired),

Don't know if it was Goods and Services or if it was Friends and Family that I used when I paid him. It won't even matter now, since it was sent 19 months ago, and the usual limit for chargebacks is 180 days from the day that the payment was sent
