I wanna do custom titanium implats on the full mandible, but all the doctors are so expensive or his results are not that good.

I known giant since a lot of time but i didnt planteate to do my implants with him, there is so many rumours that he has a lot of botches, delay surgeries, so irresponsable…etc what do yall think about giant?
