GIANT the inventor and why you should be careful with going to him

he still has a influence on the measurements of the implants which influenced risk of dehiscence and how bad it looks, he's generally conservative compared to people like giant and other implant designers in the us
Yea

I don't think everyone should get implants, it's the best option for me tho since my mandible Is pretty underdeveloped, very similar to my profile picture :lul:. and ramieri is the best option imo since he's conservative and not a butcher when it comes to his philosophy on cosmetic countouring

Either getting them with Ramieri during my Trimax or not at all.
To be clear. You don't need Giant to assist? Ramieri can just do them on his own?

OBO especially is over hyped.

I do think that Giant's OBO is revolutionary because it does its job without having the same risks of a standard OBO. That alone is commendable.

But aesthetically it has vital issues, it faces the same problems with CosmicMaxxer where the ICD gets all fucked up even if the ESR looks normal. Gives a very uncanny beady-eye appearance.

Currently it's very far from the smoking gun that many hope for on here, where you just get this procedure and boom falio fixed. In all currently available cases, you're replacing one falio with another.. which you can argue is indicative of plastic surgery, instead of looking natural which is what you should always be shooting for.
What are your thoughts on his tripod? Did you ever see a result? He has only performed 2 so far if I am remembering correctly.

Widening the PFL seems sketchy as fuck, no way that shit is stable/looks good. I'm just imagining the stretching and reaction of the soft tissue in my head :feelsgiga: 0.5mm off and you'll look like a deformed ghoul.

Shit sucks because it seems OBO in tandem with Tripod is the only real way at improving a shit ESR & IPD without fucking up the eye spacing like you said

The main issues with the cases of these two guys getting OBO is that they for some reason go really high on the IPD, Ape101 went to 69 mm IPD and cosmic went with 72 mm.... literal dolphin tier ipds instead of something like 67 66 mm. I cant speak on Ape's case since I haven't seen the result but his eyes were definitely too far apart. Another thing I noticed with Cosmic's case is that his medial canthus legit disappeared after his OBO, I'm not sure if this was due to his OBO or some other eye surgery he got but it fucked his PFL which makes his eyes look even further apart. He also got a botched cantho which doesn't help the result. I honestly think he looks better in the after and i actually think the result wouldve been good if he didnt get a 72 mm IPD and had normal looking eyes. Maybe Ape's results were better considering he went lower and got implants aswell but I haven't seen the results.

72 is insane :feelskek:
Why would you ever go that high? maybe his midface is really long an he's trying to compensate

That's because it was never meant to increase pfl, this was just to take advantage of people whom have a small pfl.

It's scientifically impossible to elongate the eyes (aka sclera).
What is it's intended purpose then?
What makes it not possible? The soft tissue I assume?

Just widen the bones (change bone structure).

But like widening your eyeball is physically impossible, and if you did get it, you'll have hollow space between your chantus and the eyeball.

I don't know if it's very visible, but it's highlighted.

Doesnt every human have 25mm eyeball pfl

No? Mine is about 34mm. 25 is very low
No, not every human has the exact same eyeball diameter, but adult eyeball size is remarkably consistent, averaging around 24 mm (about an inch) in diameter, with minor variations of a few millimeters between people and ethnicities, and larger differences seen in extreme nearsightedness (longer) or farsightedness (shorter). While the eyeball itself is fairly stable in adults, differences in the surrounding bony orbit and soft tissues can make eyes appear different sizes, notes RealSelf.com.

Brother I can measure my PFL to be 35mm, just did it now.

My actual eyeball is about 30mm. I can show u a picture.

The Tripod results I've seen were bundled alongside OBO. The perceived PFL did not change at all, in fact it may have gotten worse. The OBO gave the expected dolphin-eyed effect, as seen with publicly available results like CosmicMaxxer's. This is because although your ESR is normal, for some reason your ICD becomes like 1.3x the orbital width. There was also weird scarring that gave an "uncanny" effect, which is questionable - but it's also completely possible this went away with healing time.

The notable improvement though, was not to do with his eye area at all. It's as if his skull width changed, and that improvement honestly somewhat offsetted the dolphin-eyed effect. He went from being a narrow-skulled cuck to being a dolphin normie. I originally thought he had implants done aswell but I've heard from some users on here that Giant's Tripod does more for your skull width than your PFL.
