Thats what I am saying. The point of jaw implants, in my opinion, is not to add the width to the jaw but just to make your masseters pop out a tiny bit more. If you start shooting at width and ramus height you will end up like minecraft steve lol

I agree with the eyes but the jaw being augmented that much is just comical, it doesnt fit his bone structure


Implants are supposed to be as natural as possible as it's very easy to overdo

His result looks alright since his base is not the best to begin with so you cant expect much
