Basically Bolts are tied next to your maxilla region and Your maxilla is moved anteriorly forward 1 mm per day.
know how many mm should you move ? well it depends since were doing this super bimax we want both the lower jaw and maxilla to be equal.
In our case were getting 33 mm for the lower jaw and 12 mm from bimax on the maxilla do basic maths 33-12=21 we need 21 mm anterior projection on maxilla.
And if you look at the chart below even those at 25 can move tons of bone roughly 22 mm.
So this way we can over come the limitation of imdo and overcome this with distractors.
So the entire face is forward grown and equal.
TLDR
1 Super bimax gives 33 mm of bone projection 33 on lower jaw 12 on maxilla.
2 To stop an over jet of your mandible over your maxilla we get distractors and advance 21 mm as this is the amount needed for the 2 to be equal.
