The problem is my lower jaw is both narrow and recessed so i'd ideally need both MSDO combined with MSE and also Bimax but i'd like to consult with a blackpilled surgeon who will tell me what exactly i need. I don't want too much projection coz that increases the risks, i'd probably go for around 10-12mm if i can.

You look alright actually also I can't do anything about the lateral length of the face I'm not too knowledgeable.

Yeah i'm in this gray zone where most surgeons probably won't wanna operate on me but at the same time ik my mandible should be more projected so i'd feel like shit trying to mask it with implants lol so idk, might just get MSE and MSDO to take care of the width and crowding and then cope with fillers or sth lol

Same tbh, mine is also narrow af, which is imo worse but at least i'm eligible for MSDO it seems coz i actually have overcrowding in my lower arch
