Whenever I hit day 4 or 5 on nofap, girls dont annoy me anymore and I get an intrinsic motivation to text or talk to one. But they dont seem interested. When I fap once a day to porn, basically whenever Im not doing nofap, Im apathetic and talk to girls as if they are dudes. Zero sexual interest. But they show interest then.

This is very contradicting, shouldnt my natural hormones on nofap help? And shouldnt girls be repulsed, when I dont show any affection/passion or dont smile at them?

I know the solution is to just perma nofap/noporn.
But its hard af.
I know that Im always regretting turning a girl down because she is average when I am on nofap, just because my libido wasnt high that moment.
