now that im in meds only masturbation wakes me up

my meds for social anxiety are a combo of SSRI and antypsyhotics and both decreases dopamine,i feel tired all day and when i fap it gives me energy.i think is because masturbation increases dopamine.I want to do nofap but if a not fap i feel lethargic,or maybe are not the meds but my masturbation adcition increased and now beign tired are abstinence syndrome symptoms

I will not go off meds because i feel less social anxiety.
