I might get double jaw surgery since my breathing is kinda messed up and i wake up with a dry mouth, gasps, and i often sleep with my mouth open which causes irritations. This obviously makes me a little recessed but I am kinda scared of the recovery tho. Or i’ll just rope. Sorry for the trash pics. I personally would place myself at Sub 3 - LLTN. Pic with the messy hair is when i got straight out of bed.
