The rope.On a serious note i think cantho, infra implants and upper lid fatgraft for the first round of surgeries. Half a year later he gets canthopexy, zygo filler and under eyelid fatgraft

This poor guy’s eye area is bottom of the barrel.

Gosh, his face has so many problems. His appearance is ghoulish. If you ignore the foreskins where hunter eyes should be, then his jaws. He looks like a chipmunk. It looks like his whole face is being dragged downwards, like Satan himself is telling him to give it up and LDAR. Let’s hope he’s tall.

You and I both know that his lower orbital rims are fucked the hell up. Those dark circles hint at a void of bone support.

This guy needs implants. He needs giant implants! On his lower orbital rims (can orbital rims be so stumpy that saddled infras aren’t possible?) he needs a giant implant. On the top of his orbits, he needs volume there. So much hollowness is unattractive.

Good-looking orbits have the shape the orbit in this edit.

If the blue could be secured to the bone, would it resolve the hollowness? It is the volume that chads have and that is the opposite of the void of his.

His lateral canthal ligament is already LDARing. His eye area needs a canthoplasty.

Then for his jaw... I don’t know. A palate expander seems very necessary. His jaws are so narrow that he could eat dinner through the letterbox of his door.

His orbits are not only super hollow, but his cheekbones are flat, as in they have not sexy lateral projection.
