Mtn your lips to nose ratio is under ideal maybe you're just crunching the lips together to better see your nonexistent "cheekbones"

buzz, straighten, maybe warrior cut, i think buzz will suit you decently but obviously your decision, also will help with the new growth of hair, i hope you have a good hairline, Minoxidil will be your best friend if not, also trim under lip and cut any excess beard growth, fix the small smile lines with face products and get good sleep.
