Idk i saw his entire 2 hour guide and it basically said, avoid all plastics too, and get natural toothpast, plastics included poliester clothes too btw,

i dont have polyester f thar shi, but how dude those r all things i alr do, i have low stress i take hugh amounts of sunlight and (well not really) edge, so ima see if edging works but i dont fucking knownhow to incresse it

dude question, ive been doing a caloric deficit aproximately for abt 150 days, i went from 68kg to 61.4kg while also strenght trainung and eating protein, but i feel like i havenr been loosing, i weugh 61.4kg and am 174cm tall, my maintenance is at 2500 and im on 1800 so should i put it lower?

im pretty sure oscar went back on his word recently and said thumb pulling doesn’t work after all. Pretty sure it’s just cope or doing more damage than good in the long run for your pallete.

I STARTED AT 28% BF IM NOT AT 21% ( navy stoked formula) I WANNA REACH THAT SWEET SWEET 12% DUDE, SHOULD I EFFIN DECREASE MORE OR WHAT THE HELLISH HELL

Aight nigga i get it u want the hollow cheeks, u gonna look like a twig snd barely get any progress in the gym like that tho, also going that low on ur deficit will only make u lose the same amount of fat but also muscle and fuck up ur hormones

so should increase to 2k?, how can i calcullaye my maintenance then, 61.4kg,174cm and i do 1h of gym 4 days a week (i love upper lower holy)

Yeah ur good like that, id even say u only cut 200 calories off ur maintenance but its kinda hard to calculate ur calories daily that accurate

Idk i feel like its more than necessary as far as i know 200-300 below maintance is ideal, so go for 2300 or 2200

thanks dude, ima decrease it tho, at my peak i did 4 in a day so yeah ima do like 2 a week
