Aslong its not obvious and add something to your look it wouldn’t bother me
I mean we ise kuhl in morroco and arabic countries and it isn’t seen as feminine

Risk to benefit ratio is awful, being noticed wearing makeup is a turn off for a lot of girls, while it only provide a small bonus to your appearance.
