How much money do you have to spend on surgeries rn realistically (not in 2-3 years but rn)?

As for your face, the biggest issues are: your bigonial width and bizygomatic width are too wide. Your eye separation is bad (eyes are too close), mouth to nose ratio is bad (mouth is too horizontally short), nose is not refined (high tip bulbosity, thick skin, slight tip droop) but nose isn’t a huge issue, infraorbital rims are underdeveloped (this is your biggest flaw by far in my opinion). The rest of the maxilla is not too bad tbh and mandible is also ok. I think your horrible eye area holds you back the most- your eyes are quite sunken in and have a short horizontal length.

As for surgeries- I would say the obvious thing to change is the under eyes. You need saddled infra implants. Fixing other stuff depends on what you are/aren’t willing to do.

i can drop 50k, but if the change is gonna take me from sub5 to midltn, then it’s not worth it for me

im investing most my money and the rest im using to make my life easier

Surgery is a highly individualistic pursuit, I also wrote that what works for one may not work for another. And in your case, a bimax would not benefit you aesthetically, functionally idk your case but its irrelevant to your goals. What bimax movements could you possibly benefit from??? It wouldn't fix ANY of the flaws associated with your face other than sfs which is minor anyway and can be addressed with vertical genio and orthodontics, on a similar note, implants (with the exception of infras) would only add to your issues.

You would benefit from the following:

- Facial contouring (see south korean before and afters, your facial width is like that of many asians and its your biggest flaw, your face is too wide), this involves both bone and soft tissue manipulation, however the shapes you see produced in south korea are based on their beauty standards which are NOT shared in the west, your goal would be to create angularity in the lower jaw in conjunction with a reduction in cheek width (improving your fwhr)
- Optional vertical genioplasty in the same procedure for increased chin height
- Upper periorbital fat grafting + custom infras and under eye fat grafting (your infras are recessed and you have a depression in your eyes that is visible from the front, its a major falio and can be fixed with fat grafting alone but better when paired with an implant)
- Lip filler (I would say fat graft again but survival rates for fat in the lips is minimal)
