Train only shoulders (side and rear delts dont do front ) and lats

Skip that fucking leg day nobody cares ab your legs im doing this split shoulders everyday one day lats and one day chest i dont really prioritise arms rn i have that slenderman physique
I think its looks coll asf

Plus visually i think you will look taller
