Train only shoulders (side and rear delts dont do front ) and lats

Skip that fucking leg day nobody cares ab your legs im doing this split shoulders everyday one day lats and one day chest i dont really prioritise arms rn i have that slenderman physique

Ive only hit legs like 4 times ever 🥀 fuck legday

Physique at 15 , what should i work on
Tan, eat more (especially carbs), incline dumbbell as your first exercise on push or chest 6-8 reps to failure 2-3 sets. Incline flys same thing. Will take a year but you’ll look good. That and cable lateral raises with a cuff 8 reps to failure
