Is there any life fuel coming down the scientific pipeline if you have closed growth plates?

you can still grow an inch till the age of 21. If you are past that age, its over buddy boyo. Get LL

technically, streching doesn't "increase" your height , it only gets you to your real height if you aren't already

if your posture and spine are already 100% straight , then stretching won't help

for exemple i have a mild lordosis+cyphosis and slightly forward neck posture , this means i can grab at least an inch with gym + stretching

Gotcha. I have forward head due to mouth breathing and I suspect I have slight anterior pelvic tilt, correcting these should get me an inch you reckon?

How about this for a theory:

Get one of those medical spinal traction machines, set it with more resistance and for longer periods than what’s used for decompression (push the boundaries). Aim here is to not just replicate the 1-2 inches astronauts gain, but do so in a fashion that elicits biological adaptation.

Then stack glucosamine, pentosan polysulfate (inhibits cartilage breakdown), anavar (collagen synthesis), HGH (general growth factors), high protein diet, maybe even mega dose vitamin D (any other supplement recommendations are welcomed). This will hopefully create the necessary environment in the body to add some sort of lasting and exacerbated adaptation caused by the traction device.

It might not be truly permanent, but if all you had to do was spend an hour on the traction device daily and maintain the routine for 2 inches height would you do it?

Only 19 and I've had sex a handful of times and only been in 1 relationship, I'm a very quiet and introverted person, but if you stay persistent with dating apps, I'm sure it can work. Lifting and ultimately attempting to be a successful person is the best way my brother. Also, try and find women below 5'5, you'll still get the occasional "He NEEDS to be over 6ft" but even that sometimes is a ploy to make themselves be unattainable hard to get etc. Keep going, keep trying, never give up.

im an autist with nothing to lose so I use an aluminum contraption from china to stretch out my spine and i do deadhangs where I jerk the pull up bar to shock my spine. Just break your spinal chord theory. Also started skateboarding again so with conjunction to my stretching I'm pushing myself to skate taller and taller gaps/stairs for microfractures. Already got shin splints a few months ago

I went from low 5'6 range to solid 5'7 in the last 2 years, and im 24. Will report back when I'm either a quadriplegic or 6'7. Overdosed on russian height increasing methods on telegram. Sleep stretch method is good, but I couldnt sleep well on it and stopped. I doubt all this shit truly works but it does max your existing height. Just a cope mostly.

Yea, you must rarely be on this website, cause finding a logical opinion in regard to body image like yours is quite hard to find.
