For me personally, I'm wary of undergoing buccal fat removal because of the risk (even if it's only a slight one) of prematurely aging myself. I'm already aging like shit (some ppl have guessed my age at 38+ when I'm actually 32), so I definitely don't want to do anything to make myself look even older.
